Problem
A new company in the technology industry, needed to establish an automated lead generation system from scratch. The company aimed to automate data scraping based on a list of target companies, obtaining specific information from Google My Business. Subsequently, they wanted the collected information to be automatically integrated into their CRM (HubSpot) and, from there, automate the sending of connection requests and messages on LinkedIn using templates with dynamic fields.
Solution Proposed by AidaDataConsultancy:
- Initial Meeting in English: We coordinated meetings in English to thoroughly understand the client’s needs and expectations, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Data Scraping Automation: We developed an automated data scraping system based on the criteria provided by the client to extract information from Google My Business. This included details such as company names, addresses, contact numbers, and email addresses.
- Integration with HubSpot: We implemented a solution that allowed the collected data to be automatically integrated into HubSpot. This involved creating custom fields in HubSpot to store the specific information obtained from the scraping process.
- LinkedIn Automation: We designed an automated process that, once the data was in HubSpot, enabled the sending of connection requests and messages on LinkedIn. The messages were based on a template with dynamic fields, which could be manually customized in HubSpot before being sent, triggered by a specific event.
